Service Bulletins
The LF28 controller fitted to our EPro, EPrem, FPS and GRL cabinets is being phased out. It is being replaced by the FD2-10 Controller (00-556241) over a period of several weeks, please see the relevant model page for date information specific to that unit. The probes have also changed to SN4K types (00-556248 Air / 00-556251 Evap) and these are not compatible with the previous controller. The LCD5S Display has not been changed, and is compatible with both controllers.
The LC125 Meatwell unit has been changed from a R134a system to a R404a system. The Compressor, Condenser Coil and Condenser Fan Motor have been changed to the following components; Compressor - 00-556124 (NL7CLX), Condenser Coil - 00-878504-01, Condenser Fan Motor - 15470026. Parts for both systems will be available and are not interchangable.
The following units have had their Evaporator and/or Condenser coil changed; PREM2/2H, PREM2/2M, PRO2/2H-A, PRO2/2M-A, CT70-B, PREMG300/300HL, PROG300/300HL-A, PROG300/300HH-A, PREMS450L, PSS450L, PREMG550H, PREMG550L, FF425H-A, LC125, PRO68HB-A, PREM1/3L, PRO1/3L-A, PRO16DR, PRO16DRP, HR240, HR120 and HRB120. Details of the changes will be on the relvant area of the appropriate model page.
The Evaporator Fan Motor and Plate assembly have been changed to incorporate a Stainless Steel fan guard. Models manufactured after 1st of June 2009 will be fitted with the new assembly. The Old Fan & Plate are not interchangeable with the new style however both items are still available as spare parts.
